Let's break down your detox journey, so you know exactly what to expect and how to navigate any challenges that arise.
WHAT THE DETOX LOOKS LIKE
The detox can be done for 7, 14, or 21 days. The longer you detox, the greater the benefits!
The first two days of each week are fasting days, in which you consume the Daily Nutritional Support Shake four times a day along with two other supplements.
I understand fasting is not for everyone. If you’re considering not doing the detox because of the fasting days, start the detox anyways and skip the fasting days! Just incorporate food like you would from day 3 and on.
I also suggest skipping the fasting days if
you’re going through moments of extremely high stress
you don’t want to lose any weight
you have a history of an eating disorder
If you’re doing a 14- or 21-day detox, you can choose to fast only days 1-2 and skip the fasting days the following week(s).
Days 3-7 of each week involve a shake for breakfast, a plant-based lunch, a shake mid-afternoon, and a Paleo-style dinner including an animal protein such as chicken, turkey, and fish (if you eat animal protein).
Things to avoid during the detox:
Highly processed foods
Refined sugar
Alcohol
Dairy
Gluten
Corn
Nuts
Soy
Eating out (mostly because of all the processed oxidized oils typically used in restaurants, which cause a lot of inflammation)
The detox kit comes with the Daily Nutritional Support Shake and two other supplement bottles that consist of science-backed nutrients and herbs that support optimal detoxification. Please follow the guidelines as directed in the Detox Guide.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE DETOX
Breaking free from food control. A powerful aspect of this detox is learning that:
Food doesn't control you
Cravings are temporary
You can trust your body
Nourishment isn't about restriction
All of this in turn will help reduce food cravings!
Depending on your toxic load you may expect to feel some detox symptoms, such as headaches, low energy, low mood, insomnia, or irregular bowel movements. All of this is a normal part of the process as your body works on removing toxins. But don’t worry, these symptoms typically last only a few days.
As your body eliminates more toxins you can expect to experience clearer thinking, improved digestion, deeper sleep, vibrant skin, increased energy, and weight loss.
The Detox Guide comes with portion suggestions, but please adapt them to your own needs. If you’re not looking to lose weight, for example, you may increase your carb intake.
If any day the detox gets hard, just go back to your WHY. Remember that some temporary discomfort is worth it when you know the long-term benefits of the detox.
HOW TO MITIGATE DETOX SYMPTOMS
Stay hydrated! Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and adding some minerals to it, such as lemon/lime and sea salt.
Use an infrared sauna as many days of the detox as possible. This will help eliminate more toxins through sweat and reduce detox symptoms. If you don’t have an infrared sauna, a regular sauna works too!
Make sure you’re moving your body to keep things circulating. Focus on gentle exercise, walking, yoga, or anything your body desires.
Move the lymph! Dry brushing is a great and easy way to do this. You can also try rebounding. Exercising in general will help move the lymph as well.
Take a high-quality binder 20-30 before entering the sauna. It can help bind to additional toxins and remove them from the body. It can also be taken upon waking.
Take the binder at least 30 minutes apart from food and/or other supplements.
It should be taken a minimum of 2 hours apart from medications.
You may add blueberries to your smoothies if you feel dizzy with the shake alone.
You can always reduce the dosage of the herbal supplements by half if you’re still experiencing too much discomfort. There’s nothing wrong with going low and slow until your body adapts, and you can then increase the dosage again.
Another option is to pause the herbal supplements for a couple of days and then slowly reintroduce.
Practice mindfulness! Remember that these symptoms are temporary, and they mean your body is working hard to remove toxins. They will lead to long-term benefits.
Take a break when needed. This can be a great opportunity to not only detox internally, but also externally. Could you detox from social media, the news, and negative people?
Make sure you rest and get plenty of sleep. A lot of detoxification happens during your sleep!
Take Epsom salt baths, go get a massage, give yourself a self-care day. You deserve it!
Remember to be patient during this process and you should feel proud that you’re taking these steps to reduce your toxic load.
This detox is one of the best things you can do for your health. Trust me, once you go through it, you will understand why so many people love it. You will feel so great that you will want to do it again!
